This sweet family was my last group of my Colorado sessions! I had never met them before, but Lauren has followed me for quite some time on Facebook and I was so happy that she reached out when she saw I was coming back into town. This group was SO MUCH FUN! I only wish I had gotten to know them when I still lived there so I would have been able to photograph them more often! They were the perfect family to round out my time and I hope I get to see them all again in the future!

Knox and Ridley's parents wanted mostly photos of the two of them for their session with me this year and I was happy to oblige. I mean, LOOK AT THEM!!! So stinking cute!! Both of them so full of personality and sweetness that I almost couldn't stand it! So glad I've been able to watch them grow here and there over the years. Ridley has to have some of the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen and Knox simply couldn't be any cuter and full of spunk!

It's been years and years since I've been able to see this adorable family and it was SO great to catch up with them (and their sweet pup too! )! Hard to believe last time I saw them Bennett was just a little guy and his Dad was playing airplane with him and C.C. hadn't even been born yet! Feels like we didn't skip a beat during our time together and forever thankful that after all these years they still wanted me to take their photos. <3

Always love when I get to see this gorgeous family! Handsome little Owen was one of my favorite newborns ever, his parents are THE sweetest, and his little sister Leah couldn't possibly be more precious! The four of them seriously belong in a magazine somewhere! The kiddos were SO SO good for me and had so much fun taking photos! We had beautiful Colorado weather (finally) and this session will always be one that I remember. <3

I've known this family longer than any other client I've ever had. Rachel (she'll always be "Ms. Rachel" to me) was Noah's toddler teacher when we first moved to Longmont back in 2008 when he was 15 months old. She's the one who modeled for me when I got my first "real camera" and needed to try out settings, angles, lighting, etc.. She's the one who asked me if I wanted to take photos of her in-law's beautiful horses because I had a love for animal photography as well. She's the one who let me take her and husband's engagement photos alllllll those years ago when I barely knew what I was doing. She's the one who gave me the honor of photographing her sweet babies just hours after they came into the world and then again for their newborn photos and milestones. After all this time, she's always supported my business and been a friend and for that I am forever grateful Our original shoot got rained out so we ended up meeting the next morning at a location I hadn't been to in years and I loved every minute with all four of them. Lochlan and Kian are simply the most adorable little guys and I'm so thankful I've been able to watch them grow over the years. Looking forward to the next time I see them all again. <3

This family! <3 Not only do I adore them and ALWAYS get excited when I know I'm going to be able to spend time with them, they were absolutely the best family to be sheltering with when a huge storm blew in out of nowhere 5 minutes into our session. Nothing was in the forecast, radar was clear, and then a few rumbles of thunder and a full on downpour with lightning and hail sent us running for the only pavilion that we were close to. The parking lot was a good 10-15 minute walk from where we were shooting so we hunkered down and then made a run for it back to the car. But, as Colorado weather often does the storm passed, the clouds cleared, and it ended up being a beautiful evening to shoot. They were even gracious enough to drop me back at the hotel we were staying at so mu husband didn't have to get out with the kids. Loved seeing them and always so sad to say goodbye. And these kids are just the absolute sweetest! And if you couldn't tell, they don't love the camera or anything ;)

When a storm blows in out of absolutely nowhere and you decide to wait it out magical things happen! I've been photographing this beautiful, talented and loving family for well over a decade and had the pleasure of taking both Daniel and Sophia's newborn photos as well. Time really is a thief. So much fun as always with this crew!
{Stidham Family ~ Colorado Session}
I've been able to photograph this sweet family 6 or 7 times in the 2 years we lived in the same state since 2018 and every time I see them we pick up right where we left off. Sweet little Lucien has had my heart ever since I photographed his newborn session all those years ago. He wasn't quite in the mood for photos with the fam this time around, but oh my word that little face still melts me, no smiles and all. His adorable sister, Serena, is just a ball of energy and the happiest little girl.

We may have had to reschedule our original session until the following evening due to a storm moving in (we even tried to shoot in it as it blew in but there was no way!), but I'd say it was worth the 24 hour wait! It was so good to see this beautiful family again and little Brock and Layla made my job so easy being kids that actually LOVE having their photos taken!

Oh, the sweetness with this family! Always excited when they book a session with me because I know it’s going to be such a fun time! And Carson is THE most adorable and sweetest little guy always making my job so so easy.
